(2) Okay this is complex, a bit, but this is why I am writing this. I am asserting copyright on all items on this website, all ideas, thoughts and words, and pictures, (where it applies). A student may quote my works, download a copy of a poem, and share it with his friends freely as long as they know the words are mine. He or she may not make a t-shirt with a quote or a poem and then sell it. A website or blog, may quote me, but they need to attribute it as coming from me. I do not consider a "profit garnering enterprise" as a website or blog one with ads quoting my words. What I am talking about is using my words, or any portion of this website to garner sales, or boost sales without letting me know about it or compensating me without a prior arrangement.
